A Bodeze client history form must be completed to obtain information of your health status so that the therapist can prepare a massage treatment plan that is suitable to what is required for each client’s specific requirements.

If you have been recently injured or have any existing medical conditions, please advise the Bodeze staff as well as within the client history form to ensure that the Bodeze staff can provide an appropriate treatment.

Please also check with your doctor first to confirm that any form of massage treatment is suitable.

We provide a Loyalty Stamp card which can be used for any type of Massage Treatment.

For each minimum 1 x 60min massage treatment purchased you will receive 1 x stamp.

Once you have 5 stamps you will receive $20 discount for your next massage at Bodeze.

Gift Vouchers are available and can be used to purchase or claim a Treatment option.

If the Gift Voucher Recipient wishes to change to another higher value service treatment not stated on the Gift Voucher, then they will only be required to pay the difference.

• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Vouchers.
• Gift Vouchers must be used in one transaction and may only be redeemed once.
• Gift Vouchers will expire 3 years from the date of issue.
• Gift Vouchers must be surrendered upon redemption.
• Expired Gift Vouchers are not redeemable and voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
• Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• Bodeze does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.

At Bodeze there are Strictly NO sexual services.

We provide a variety of professional massage treatments such as Traditional Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage.

We are strongly against sexual harassment and sexual assault.

Any sexual services are strictly prohibited on our premises.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave or to have you removed by the police if any person conducts in any form of sexual conduct or sexual harassment within the Bodeze premises.

The consumption of alcohol is strongly prohibited on the Bodeze premises.

The Bodeze staff will not provide treatment to any persons who are clearly intoxicated or suspected to be intoxicated.

Please let any of the Bodeze staff know as soon as possible if you cannot attend an appointment or if you will be late to an appointment as we are happy to reschedule the appointment.

If you are late by 15 mins to an appointment, we will try to contact you first but if we cannot get in touch, we must cancel the appointment.

During your time at Bodeze please ensure to switch all Mobile devices to silent mode to ensure the optimal relaxation and peacefulness during treatment for yourself and other clients.

If you need to make a phone call, please speak in a soft tone.

Payment must be made in advance first before any treatment will commence. We accept cash, eftpos and selected major credit cards as payment. For credit cards and debit cards we only accept Visa and Mastercard and when using the Paywave feature on our terminal.

Bodeze can provide services for couples or small groups when you make an appointment. Please inform the Bodeze staff you require couple room or how many people would you like to get a massage in the same time to ensure we can accommodate your booking request.

At Bodeze we love children. However, we do not have adequate facilities in place to take care of unsupervised children. We ask parents to have children in the care of a responsible adult during your stay at Bodeze.
